Terms of Use and Sale

These terms apply when you use yesbossagents.com or buy the YES BOSS Agent Kit (the "Kit") from [ENTITY: UXVision Ltd, company no. XXXXXXXXX, POSTAL ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL].

Using the Kit is also governed by the license that comes with it (LICENSE.txt). If the license and these terms disagree about how you may use the Kit's files, the license wins.

1. What you buy

  • The Kit is a set of digital files: AI staff role descriptions, skills, templates and scripts that run inside Anthropic's Claude Code or Cowork on your own Claude account. You need your own Claude subscription and you pay Anthropic for your usage.
  • Depending on the tier, your purchase may also include training videos, a swipe file of prompt cards, SushiLab credits (used on sushilab.ai under its own terms) and a 90-minute live session.
  • We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. "Claude", "Claude Code" and "Cowork" are Anthropic's trademarks, named only to describe compatibility.

2. Licenses and seats

  • Personal: one person, on their own Claude account.
  • Company: up to 3 named people in one business, each on their own Claude account.
  • Personal + Session: the Personal license plus one 90-minute live session.
  • You may not resell, share, publish or give away the Kit, or use it to build or teach a competing kit, course or training. Full rules are in the license.

3. Price, payment and tax

  • Prices are shown in US dollars on the site before you pay. We sometimes test different launch prices; the price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay.
  • Payment is taken by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and adds any VAT or sales tax due in your country.
  • Payment is one time. There is no subscription.

4. Delivery

After payment you get one email with a sign-in link. The Kit is downloaded only from your account on our site. It is never sent by email. Updates appear in your account while your license is active.

5. The live session (Personal + Session tier)

  • Book it from your account within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days the session expires.
  • An unused session is not refunded.
  • To move a booked session, tell us at least 24 hours before it starts. [Tal to confirm.]

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: refund on request within 90 days of purchase, except the session tier once the session has taken place. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

7. AI output

The Kit helps an AI write drafts, plans and analysis. A person must check every output before using it. Content about finance, legal matters, tax, fundraising or health is general education, not professional advice. The wellbeing coach in the Kit is not a therapist or doctor. You are responsible for what you publish, send or decide based on the output.

8. Your account

Keep access to your email secure, since sign-in links are sent there. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or the license, or after a refund or chargeback.

9. The website

The site, its text, videos, agent faces and designs belong to us. You may view them for personal use. Don't copy, scrape or reuse them without our written permission.

10. Liability

  • The Kit and the site are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them accurate and working but we don't promise they are error free or fit every purpose.
  • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Kit.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown when you bought.

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring a claim in your local courts. [Lawyer to confirm, packet question 6.]
